Finally! A New Grill in the Neighborhood! Cotee River Café has officially opened, located at the Quail Ridge Golf and Country Club off of State Road 52, on Shady Hills Road. Lots of local businesses and neighbors came out to support the opening and sample the delicious menu. The West Pasco Chamber held the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. And everyone enjoyed the good food and company in a casual relaxed atmosphere.
